Hard cotton produced by our company is processed after fixing polyester staple fiber, hollow polyester staple fiber, low melting point synthetic fiber. Its features includes good permeability, excellent to keep warm, sound absorbing with light texture, strong resilience, durable and washable, non-toxic and non-pest.

Usage:

 They can be made double mattress and single mattress. The size can be designed by our clients. They can be used as the layer of mattress and spring mattress. Besides,it can be also made for sofa.

Comfortable and breathable: It has the Three dimensional structure, good permeability, and prevents bacterial growth, which can effectively prevent the disease such as rheumatism.

No insects and Antibacterial: Mattresses are made by the healthy fibers which are made from natural plants. Then the way of hot air through achieve the effects of no insects and anti-bacteria.  

Modest hardness:  we use high technology to make the under layer of mattress hard and they are gradually soft from the bottom layer to the surface of the mattress. 

100% no glue and methanol: Normal mattresses are bonded by the chemical glue, especially coconut palm mattress. Chemical glue contains too much methanol which is harmful for human body. Our mattresses are made by  100%Polyester , bonded by the low melting fiber and no glue and methanol, healthy and eco-friendly.
